General Objective: To train human talents

Specific objectives: • Training
human talent for 'use, development, support and administration in the' area of \u200b\u200bthe free software with open standards.
• Train officials that are required for the Plan de hacia el Free Software Migration (Migration Plan to the SL), in accordance with the Presidential Decree N ° 3390, published in Official Gazette N ° 38,095 dated December 28, 2004 .
• Providing training to maintain a high level of quality and constant discounting.
• Strengthen the technical capacity of the state, and its human resources in 'area of \u200b\u200binformation technologies and communication.
• Creating and maintaining space for expansion capabilities that allow to increase productivity and improve efficiency.
• Promote the 'use of free software in public enterprises in the country.

Our courses are directed at public officials who wish to gain skills in the management of Free Software in the areas of Operating Systems, Developers, Administrators Servers, Networks, Security, Graphic Design and computer area.
The Academy guarantees that at the end of our courses, the participant is able to understand the philosophy of Free Software, is able to find and create solutions through the 'use, modify and create Information Technology Tools and Communication Technologies (ICT) and that can be inserted into the hand of Venezuelan society as a 'qualified workers in' area of \u200b\u200bICT using Free Software.
